I recently adopted the standing workstation lifestyle which is all the rage at work. So far, it’s going well. The stress on the feet is noticeable, but that just requires some better shoes and perhaps a mat. The standing at work all day certainly isn’t for everyone, but I have noticed a difference in my energy level at work (though I’m already a pretty energetic person).
This graphic does an excellent job however of terrifying you in to trying it.
