Contributors of original, on the ground news and opinion between Aug. 19, 2008 and Feb. 19, 2009 can earn up to $10,000 depending on the viewership of their contributions. About the Initiative: • Aspiring journalists from all over the world are encouraged to contribute to the Allvoices community starting Aug. 19, 2008 in hopes of reaching page view milestones by February 19, 2009 in return for cash rewards.
